You can't set the default view to the light-flashing screen, a popup is misspelled as, "Dont't rate," and, most critically, it has a Bluetooth connection bug that causes it to play a second metronome beat simultaneously over itself which can only be ceased by force-quitting the app. With that said, it is nice how you can customize the beat sound quite a bit.

Hi Joshua! thanks for your review and your feedback. I haven't heard about the bluetooth problem yet, but I'll try to investigate in fix the issue.

Has all the features I'm looking for: tap tempo, continues to play when I switch to another app or lock my phone, configurable or random silent bars for tempo training, configurable subdivisions and sounds. All without ads. Other apps are charging of much as five dollars a month for similar features, and they don't usually include them everything. After trying loads of others, I'm going to pay for the SE version, just to thank the developer for bringing my search to an end!

I downloaded this once before and got rid of it because I wasn't pleased with how it worked, exactly. But you've really improved this. There are a few optimizations and extra things that you might add to it, but this is pretty darn good. The Arrangements feature is fantastic for practising time signatue changes. Tempo changes (a la "Stairway") are a little more difficult to do in it, but completely possible. That covers a lot of territory in music practice, speaking as a classical guitarist.
