Northern Hemisphere - the earth rotates counter clockwise

Sun light and Moon light increase when the Sun\Moon are high in the sky

Shows Moon Rise and Set

Press the center of the earth for Virtual Mode!

This App can help you guess the time by the moon.
For example:

The full Moon - Rises at sunset , is high in the sky at midnight, and sets at sunrise.

First Quarter moon - Rises at Noon, is high in the sky at sunset and sets at Midnight.

Last Quarter moon - Rises in Midnight, is in the sky at sunrise and sets at noon.

So if the moon is full and between Rise and high in the sky (6 hours) - the hour will be around 21:00.

Guessing the time this way is fun, but please note it will not be completely accurate.

You should take your time zone into consideration, as well as the daylight savings time offset in your area.

Can you add a lunar date feature in your apps?No any update after so long?I have sent you the material to make it the best one,by an e-mail. I hope you would have received my e-mail.It is a very useful app and beautiful also but Only 2 suggestions to make it the best one. 1.the earth model should be world time zoned. 2.the earth map should not be hemisphered at equator but it should be of the full sphere of earth in circular shape(like a round plate)with world time zones on it.i.e.complete world time zones map in circular shape with 24 hours clock around it but not in spherical shape.

Nice but it requires gps to be on all the time. Battery drains. Can't you just store the latest location?
