About this app

MgPda is an application that allows you to synchronize your item, supplier and customer data, from your ERP or Excel under Windows, on an Android device to create, modify, transform and share on several devices, inventories, quotes, invoices, movements stock, deliveries or order preparations and view them in PDF or CSV before sharing them by email, drive, SMS, etc. or transferring them directly to Windows using the functions :

- Creation of configurable CSV files
- Open with the desired application (notepad, etc.)
- Copy to Windows clipboard
- In keyboard emulation for direct entry into your ERP
- Via XML-RPC web service access

These transfer methods require a Windows server application available for free download at https://www.micro-pointe.fr/downloads/MgPdaServer.zip

To import your ERP databases, select your CSV or EXCEL file, match the columns of your bases to the numerous data available in MgPda, as soon as your modeling is validated, the data is directly available on the MgPda Android application .

To update data under Windows, simply replace the CSV or EXCEL file, the MgPda Server service will detect the change and automatically update the data.

To add customer orders to prepare or supplier orders to receive, deposit your files in the programmed Windows folders of your choice, the MgPda Server service will integrate them and make them immediately available on MgPda Android

Main functions of the MgPda application:

-Updating server databases
-Integration or visualization of current orders
-Production and writing of data entered from the application, inventories, quotes, delivery notes, preparation or receipt of orders
- Search for articles by integrated or external barcode reader via Bluetooth, camera or keyboard, up to three references, article code, barcode and supplier reference or part of the designation
- Entry in double quantity, unit or box, packet or minimum replenishment quantity
- Possibility of generating an order by supplier when adding items to the shelves
- 6 sales prices assignable to the customer, purchase price and possibility of entering discounts or free prices

The MgPda application is free, the server under Windows MgPda Server is free to load and free up to 50 articles, beyond that, it will be necessary to acquire a license, either for rental over a period, or for permanent purchase
