MyCare Overseas™ is a mobile app for TRICARE Prime Overseas, TRICARE Prime Remote Overseas, and TRICARE Select Overseas beneficiaries.



The MyCare Overseas™ app offers on-the-go access to everything you need if/when receiving TRICARE-covered medical services overseas.


You can use the MyCare Overseas™ app to:

-- Get 24/7 access to the local Near Patient* and Customer Service Teams

-- Check on referral status and download International SOS authorizations

-- Set up Appointment Reminders

-- Connect to telephonic language assistance (if needed) during medical appointments

-- Find useful country information such as emergency numbers, medical risk rating, and cultural tips

-- Find a Healthcare Provider near your location

*Near Patient Teams are available in specified locations (Germany, Benelux, Italy, Spain, Greece, Poland, Bahrain, South Korea, and Japan).

*MyCare Overseas currently only works on Android 9 or later versions.

Team, Please fix the problem after login, it stays in a loop (like loading) and it does not work after multiple attempts. I assume this is contracted, so make the fixes, ensure troubleshooting work properly and then publish. Right now, I am trying to figure out the referral and I can't do it. This is a suggestion for future reference.

What's very unacceptable about this app, is the fact if you don't login again after a week or so, the app won't even load. The ONLY fix is to uninstall, reinstall, and relogin with credentials, then it'll work again for a time. What if there was an emergency?? This has to be fixed.

doesn't work, uninstalled and reinstalled several times, nothing app starts but doesn't fully open. Immediately after entering your ID and Password the app shows a logo and doesn't do anything afterwards
