Extremely Disappointed with Minimalist! It’s been over 12 days and I still haven’t received my order. I’ve reached out to their customer support multiple times via email, but haven’t received any proper help or update. On top of that, their customer care number never works — always unavailable or just doesn’t connect. What’s even worse is that once you place an order, you can't cancel it from your end, even if the product hasn’t been shipped! I already made the full payment, and now their team

I placed an order on 28july, it was out for delivery on 30. I called the delivery guy multiple times, he said he's coming but didn't and updated that I was unreachable. It's been a week now but no delivery attempt was made again. I emailed, called their support. Got no response. Yesterday an agent picked up the call and I asked her to cancel my order and initiate the refund. Still it's showing the same status. They're neither delivering my parcel nor cancelling it. They're a bunch of frauds.

I've been using Minimalist products for 3 years now and it worked really good for me. But the app experience was not that smooth in the cart I have to go back all the way to check my product also the clear instructions were missing like about free products while I'm checking out there was no instructions if I'm getting free products or not
