As part of the HG Robotics’ Agricultural Tech platform, HiveGround Mission Control (HGMC), makes flying drones autonomously an easy task.

• Create, amend, delete client data of your organization
• Group multiple plots together in one site area

Task-oriented flight planning
• Tab "Quick Task" to start planning the new one on site right away, or pre-plan everything from HiveGrid in advance so the pilot can focus on the tasks at hand
• Create a task from plot area for multiple flights in the same area
• If there are multiple flights required, the next flight automatically picks up where the previous one left off
• See the status of each task throughout its life cycle

Plot Survey using tablet or drone
• Handle spraying task with more precision by plotting the plot using GPS from either tablet or the drone itself

• Step by step guide before starting the task to help minimizing risks

Automated Takeoff, Flight and Landing

Offline operation*
• No internet connection, no problem. Plan ahead and download the task on to your device, you'll still be able to accomplish it on remote site where there is no internet connection.

Live log to HiveGrid Enterprise Platform
• Track a flight progress in real-time from the headquarter via HiveGrid

Spraying Task
• Terrain Following using LIDAR
• Water Tank Sensor support (hardware dependent)

Mapping Task
• Predefined camera settings to help with configuring the task
• Notify user if the capture speed is not achievable
• Smart Camera Trigger
• Compatible with DJI Phantom 4

*Offline Data synchronization is still a one way, not consolidated. User can either overwrite offline data from online data or vice versa. Also, offline Mode does NOT support Quick Task at the moment.

Known issues

• Cannot get firmware version
Workaround: retry at auto-checklist

• Telemetry Data is not updated after changing drone battery without disconnecting from HGMC
Workaround: disconnect drone from HGMC and reconnect

• Cannot connect to DJI Drone
Workaround: please follow the steps below.
1. Kill HGMC process
2. Connect tablet/phone to a turned-on DJI remote
3. Launch HGMC
