MIWA Support is a smart lock app that offers two main functions: (free) for "Smart Lock Setup" and "Device Updates," and (paid) for "Locking and Unlocking Locks" and "Giving Keys to Visitors."

The following functions are available with this application:

"Easy Device Setup"

You can configure the device from your smartphone.

"Remote Device Updates"

The latest software keeps the device up-to-date.

"Smartphone Key"

You can check if your front door is locked. You can remotely lock and unlock your front door and shared entrance doors. *1*2

"Guest Key"

You can use a visitor's smartphone as a key. Time limits can be set for guest keys.

"History and Notification Function"

Notification functions such as notifications when a user returns home are available.

*1 Depending on your residence, the developer or management company's agreement may be required.

*2 A separate dedicated device is required to use the wiremo function in the shared entrance.
