About this app

Dón Skolia is the mobile app for the Dón Skolia school management software. Grades, report cards, absences, timetables, school records, and payroll: all school life in one tool, in French, that continues to function even without an internet connection.

The app is only available for schools using Dón Skolia. Upon first launch, enter your school's address, then log in with the credentials provided by the administration.

A NETWORK OUTAGE DOESN'T STOP A CLASS
Attendance, grades, and the lesson plan book are all done in front of the class, with or without a network connection. School data is stored on the phone and everything is restored when the connection is back up.

FOR TEACHERS
• Open and close a session, with a photo and location as proof of attendance
• Take attendance: present, late, absent
• Enter grades, track class averages
• Maintain the lesson plan book and view the timetable
• Track hours and pay

FOR ADMINISTRATION
• Dashboard: enrollment, collections, absences, expenses
• Each student's profile: personal information, guardian, payment schedule, grades, absences
• Report cards, student ID cards, and class schedules in PDF format, read in the app and shared instantly
• Timetables by class or by teacher
• A school group can view all its schools together

FOR ACCOUNTING
• Payments: cash, Orange Money, Wave, Moov Money, bank transfer, check
• Outstanding payments: who has paid, who owes, and how much
• Expenses and income, with a photo of the receipt
• Profitability per school

FOR FAMILIES
• Grades, Each child's absences and homework
• Remaining fees for the year
• The class schedule

FOR PUPILS AND STUDENTS
• Grades, homework, transcripts (including the LMD system at university)

Everyone sees what's relevant to their field of study: the application opens to the screens set up by their institution.
