The Wàlanda application covers common concepts in Bamanankan (Bambara). Among these notions, there are notions of initiation to the transcription and reading of Bamanankan. The application is installed on Android terminals: telephone, tablet, iphone, Ipod.

Wàlanda is the tailor-made application that targets Bamanankan speakers who need to learn to write and read the language or speakers wishing to consolidate and deepen their basic level through texts. The application is equally useful for children who do not have Bamanankan as their first language. Our children with language disorders can improve their language from the terminals on which Wàlanda is installed. Malians living abroad can use it to improve the level of their children in Bamanankan and in the cultural topics of Mali. However, Wàlanda does not target adults who have no basic knowledge of Bamanankan.
