Not very useful for foreign tourists. The app itself is quite alright, mostly translated to English although almost all message boxes are still in Vietnamese. But on the backbend side it doesn't seem to work. You can set a pickup and drop-off location, but these are ignored by drivers. They will then call you instead of driving to your location. Sadly I don't speak Vietnamese, they don't speak English. So it was either walking to the cab, if it's close enough or being left out in the rain.

Terrible app. GPS constantly pinpoint wrong locations so it would ended up on the wrong side of the street or the wrong side of intersection. Worse, they don't allow you to manually fine tuning your location. A few occasions the drivers managed to drive pass by me. One time I had to carry bulky bags fighting to cross the hectic street. Not at all a pleasant experience using this app.

the drivers always cancels somehow. i have to wait for atleast 40 minutes to get the service. not reccomended for everyone. also most drivers dont even know how to use maps moreover doesnt even speak english.
