You pay for convenience. MMRC is a 24 hour rental. It's a touch more than it's competition, but it makes up for it with 24 hour service. Their support staff is amazing and aware of current interface blindspots in the app. App allows for extending rentals without having to call, though it is a touch unintuitive if you need more than the quick selection options. Support helped me multiple times and was super kind.

I rented a car to take a group downstate to a conference and it was a good experience. Once you download the app, everything is done from your phone. No lines and no keys required. Open 24/7 no worrying about a store being open or closed when picking up or dropping off. I would rent again and would recommend MMRC to everyone.
