About this app

Agam Systems is the customer app for Agam cargo services between China and Mongolia. Use the app to manage your shipments, check delivery costs, make payments, and stay updated throughout the delivery process.

Warehouse Address

Get the recipient address for our China warehouse in Mongolian and Chinese. Copy the address with one tap when placing an order from a Chinese online store. A separate address is also available for Dewu (Poizon) orders.

Parcel Tracking

View your shipments and follow their status from warehouse arrival through transportation to arrival in Mongolia. Search your shipment list to quickly find a specific parcel.

Shipping Calculator

Estimate your shipping cost before sending a parcel by entering its length, width, height, and weight. The calculator uses the applicable shipping rates and converts the estimated amount from CNY to MNT.

Invoices and Payments

Check your outstanding shipping fees and make payments through your bank app using QPay. Your payment status is updated in the app after the payment is completed.

Goods Inspection

Request an inspection of an item before it is shipped from the warehouse. You can provide a photo and additional information to help warehouse staff identify the item you want checked.

Delivery and Returns

Request home delivery for parcels that have arrived in Mongolia. You can also submit a return request when a return is needed.

Notifications and Guides

Receive notifications when the status of your shipment changes. You can also read announcements, news, and helpful instructions inside the app.

Your Account

Create an account using your phone number or sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook. Manage your profile and delivery addresses from your account settings.

The app is available in Mongolian, Chinese, and English.
