Such a poor app for a major club. the amount of time i spent on the phone to the help desk (when its open) is insane. Ticket transfers and glitches in the system helped lead myself and family giving up our tickets. Always a fear they don't work, constantly waiting on match days for them to fix the issues. Such a poor user experience. (Also not to mention the constant freeze on the chat page.) For years I had 3 season tickets, loved the albion, they made it pretty clear they werent interested too

constantly pops up with the chat part. so makes it difficult to do anything else. then logs me out can not log in won't send a one time code ect. so now it's unusable.

Good but drops offline even when there's a signal. Fix this & it'll be even better.
