I can't create an account. What's the point of having the service if no one can use it?

Absolute Garbage , won't take any credit cards when my bank say everything is working. So frustrating. Tried numerous cards on different times and date.

Rated 4 stars for not having more scooters available; give them more maintenance please. Where as the app doesn't seem to have the pics where the scooters are parked anymore. Good service after all. Please expand hours of operation as it might be the only way to get home. Thanks rapi
