About this app
This application will help everybody who plays Football Manager and wants to find the best possible coach for a team by calculating training ratings based on entered skills.
It allows you to:
✔ switch between Football Manager version to calculate ratings, due to changes in the 2018 version of a game
✔ input skills of the coach as a number
✔ input skills of the coach via slider
✔ input skills of the coach by increasing or decreasing it by one
✔ immediately see changes in calculated training ratings
✔ see the best area of training for a coach
Helps to quickly predict the usefulness of a staff member in a Football Manager game without spending thousands, and more importantly prevents wasting real time on a coach which doesn't improve anything for your team.

General - "Defending Tactical", "Defending Technical", "Attacking Tactical", "Attacking Technical", "Possession Tactical", "Possession Technical".
Fitness - "Quickness" and "Strength"
Goalkeepers - "Shot stopping" and "Handling & Distribution".
Surely you can still switch to older versions of ratings calculation for Football Manager 2018 or older.
