Absolutely terrible experience. I canceled my subscription, yet somehow it kept renewing after a so-called “free month” I never intentionally accepted. Support just repeats scripted responses instead of actually helping. Feels very misleading and honestly borderline deceptive. Be extremely careful if you subscribe, make sure you double check everything because canceling doesn’t seem as straightforward as it should be. Would not recommend.

i subscribed and every time i try to download the Instagram page it tells me to try again!!

It does not work. I paste link, select "pick random winners" and nothing happens.
