I can't even get into the app. It's saying "something went wrong on our end" when I try to find the school. Not a great start. Hopefully I can get into the app to try it out.

Hi, thank you for alerting us to your frustrations. Hopefully, it can be resolved quickly, we recommend typing in the name of the school exactly, instead of typing "Greentech", type in "Greentech High School". If this does not resolve the issue, please kindly reach out to our team at mobile-support@educationalnetworks.net, we are here to help!

I downloaded it for my daughter's school but it never worked. So it was useless. I hope for an improvement in the future.
