Ratings and reviews

First, My Listing in the App was not opening correctly at all, it would go to that page and then leave me with a blank screen. I reached out via chat to see if there was an issue, and was told there wasn't and to update my App. I went to see if my App needed to be updated and it didn't, so I decided to uninstall it and reinstall the App. Now the App doesn't let me sign in at all, tried multiple times and just keeps spinning. (It had worked great until yesterday evening.)

If you haven't signed up with evolve yet, save yourself a headache. They'll tell you whatever they think you need to hear to sell the service. They outright lie. Once you're signed up, they are awful. The customer support is terrible. Their pricing structure they're obsessed with is not that good. No discounts for longer term rentals. They don't want you to control your own listing or property in any way. And they always side with the guest.

I really like the organization of bookings, calendar view, access to all data pertaining to guests arrival and departure. The only issue I have is the length of time it takes for an owner to receive his/her deposits.
