Ratings and reviews

First, My Listing in the App was not opening correctly at all, it would go to that page and then leave me with a blank screen. I reached out via chat to see if there was an issue, and was told there wasn't and to update my App. I went to see if my App needed to be updated and it didn't, so I decided to uninstall it and reinstall the App. Now the App doesn't let me sign in at all, tried multiple times and just keeps spinning. (It had worked great until yesterday evening.)

This really is an awful company to work with. it's impossible to get direct answers from anyone and when you do get a response from the company it is canned and doesn't even address the issue. Do NOT rent from them and do NOT use them as a management company. They offer no value. moving our listings and business to a competent management company, this one will give renters and owners nothing but headaches.

I can't see my calendar. I can't see what I'm typing when I'm chatting to help. then they close chat because they were waiting for response from their help. Not user friendly at all.
