KirchApp - the app for your church ⛪✨
The KirchApp brings your church community together:
Events, news, groups, and donations all in one place.
No more paper clutter and no need for ten different tools.
Simply where your people already are: on their phones.
🙏 For church life, not just administration
We built KirchApp for everyday use. For quick communication via chat, posting on the bulletin board, and sending out Sunday greetings on time.
📌 Digital bulletin board
- Share offers and requests with a title, description, and deadline.
- Optionally with registration, additional questions, or comments. For moving help, rideshares, or cakes for the church festival.
- No birthday will be forgotten. Admins can set automatic reminders with their own lead time and time.
💬 Chat and groups, just the way you need them
- Groups for teams, circles, and projects. Start chatting right away, without email distribution lists.
- @-mentions, formatted text, link previews, and emoji reactions.
- See who's typing, mute chats, filter by private, group, and unread messages, and start polls directly in the chat.
📅 Events and Appointments Without Duplicating Work
- All events in one place, with push notifications for new dates.
- Registration for yourself and others, with availability, costs, custom fields, and deadlines. Check-in on-site with a single tap.
- Import events from the Networked Church, for example, from evangelische-termine.de or termine.ekir.de.
- Automatically import posts via RSS and Atom feeds, so you don't have to maintain anything twice.
📰 News, Inspiration, and Content That Resonates
- Posts and church newsletters directly in the app.
- Schedule posts and polls and publish them automatically on your preferred date.
- Daily inspiration every morning at 7 a.m. A short thought to start your day.
🏛️ Your Church Showcase
- A church page with information blocks that you can freely combine. Each block has its own visibility: public or for members only.
- Team profile with photos and contact information, and important documents directly on the homepage.
🔍 Get Found and Stay Connected
- Church search in the KirchApp network. Interested people can find you quickly and get to know you.
- Share everything via QR code, from church and group information to events and fundraising projects. Tracks how often it's scanned. Works for guests too.
💝 Make Donations Easily Possible
- Present fundraising projects and allow contactless donations via PayPal, SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, and credit card. Also via QR code on posters or flyers.
🔒 Secure, Organized, and Fair
- File storage with a proper permissions system. You decide who can see, edit, or delete what.
- Custom feed settings: tailor exactly what you want to see.
- Easy member management and streamlined settings.
- Flexible notifications. Each member decides for themselves what they want to be informed about.
