The Mobile311 mobile app can be accessed through most smartphone or tablet devices.

The Mobile311 application requires access to location data in the background to properly track/report location back to office personnel as part of the breadcrumb functionality.

Ratings and reviews

Works well over all. Just wish they would make updates and fix some of the bugs and maybe ad some new features. It last update was only 2019.

When using tracking aka "breadcrumbs" the app needs to be always running in the foreground. This severely limits the usefulness of this feature and the device that is using it.

worst app ever for android phones only works on iPhone they need to fix this if I could I would give it -10 stars
