Mobility Plus is an app developed by the Istrian Development Agency – IDA Ltd. in cooperation with the city bus operator Pulapromet Ltd. as part of the European SUSTANCE project (INTERREG CENTRAL EUROPE). It is designed to make getting around the city faster and easier.
