Helpfull software,i still can connected to internet event mobile data has reach max usage

Owner of this app in his github said this is controlled by third party since may 2024!!! Is it correct?

Great app but all user apps not appear in "App VPN Mode" setting on android 13. If opening too long, start proxy button not working and need to exit app. Some subscription types are not supported and always showing timeout or unavailble.
