This program is fabulous. He's thought of everything. When you need to keep an app running and not log you out of your phone and shutdown, this will do it. Move the icon up next to bluetooth, and when I use Chirp to do books, through bluetooth speakers, I click bluetooth and caffeine on. When I'm done I turn them off. If I forget, it goes off when the phone shuts down anyway. Allows allows for dimming the screen. Perfect program.

This works well for keeping my phone from sleeping while waiting to catch pictures when the phone is setup in a tripod and on a charger. It also has a nice option that once you turn the phone off, is also turns off the app, so you don't have to go back to switch it off. Since it runs as a tile, it's easy to turn on. I use it as a toggle in my quick panel. One tap to activate & keep my screen on indefinitely, one tap to deactivate & return to my preferred regular setting of a 1 min screen timeout. I needed an app with a notification icon in the status bar because I have a tendency to forget it's activated. I also set my phone to auto deactivate it when I manually turn off the screen & lock it with the power button. No ads. No bugs. No battery drain. Exactly what I was looking for & works perfectly for me!
