Giant Trap lookout!! Never in my life would I recommend this or expect such terrible service. Used it once to get home during a storm and after I arrived and went to park it (intending to reuse it later) it informed me the scooters can only be parked in one single spot in the downtown. I had to return the whole way to drop it off. Threatened ne with 100E fine and cost 30E in the end to go nowhere. Plus I was injured trying to return it. WORST SCOOTER APP EVER.

The worst app anyone can use, please avoid it. I took this scooter for a 15-minute ride and then had to walk another 15 minutes because I couldn't park it in the designated area. So, essentially, I had to ride a longer distance and then walk back, making it a pointless effort, and I was charged €10, which I find unacceptable. No one answers the phone at customer service to help with my problem, and no one spoke English. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid it, the worst thing I've ever seen in my life

Sadly annoying that you have to pay 5 euro credit, seems unnecessary and unfair considering I'm a tourist and may only make one journey. Didn't use the app therefore.
