About this app

dupla is the finance app for couples. One shared money life, seen through two completely personal apps: each of you has your own account, your own look and your own language, over the same shared ledger.

MINE AND OURS
Every expense goes on one of two lists. "Ours" shows up on both phones at once, already split. "Mine" never leaves yours. Privacy is symmetric: neither of you can see the other's personal spending.

SPLIT THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY DO
• Fifty-fifty
• By income, so each contributes in proportion to what they earn
• A fixed percentage you choose
• All shared: no debts, just tracking
For a one-off expense, change it on the spot: 50/50, all me, all my partner. dupla does the math and remembers how each expense was split.

A BALANCE THAT IS ALWAYS UP TO DATE
Who owes whom and how much, netted across everything you share. Settling up is one tap, and the history stays.

PESOS AND DOLLARS
Log each expense in the currency you paid in. The day's exchange rate is saved with it, so the balance doesn't move when the dollar does. Switch the whole app between ARS and USD with a tap.

WORKS OFFLINE
Log the expense on the subway or in the basement supermarket. It's saved on your phone and syncs on its own when you're back online, in the order you entered it.

THREE TAPS TO LOG
Amount, list, category. Done. Date, note, receipt photo and tags are there if you want them, never in the way.

TWO APPS, ONE REALITY
Pair once with a code. Each of you uses your own phone, even on different platforms. Each of you picks a theme (thirteen to choose from), a language and a display currency. The shared part syncs on its own.

YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES
No bank credentials, no reading your statements: you enter expenses yourself. Export everything to CSV any time, and delete your account from inside the app.

What’s new

Income tracking is here. Record your own income, one-time or recurring, and choose what your partner sees: nothing, the monthly total, or every entry. Income received for both of you goes under "Ours" and is divided like an expense in reverse. If you split proportionally, dupla can now work out each share from your tracked income.

Custom categories shared by both partners, a default split for the couple under Settings, deletable settle-up payments, and a cleaner look with line icons throughout.
