Purse Money kindly process my three pending transactions. I made four transactions only 1 got processed to my account. You have asked me questions concerning my account and why I'm sending money to those accounts and I have answered and provided 6 months account statement as requested, till now the funds are still pending. I have also sent mail concerning this.

What's with pending transaction with this app and it's annoying how you don't get any response from the support team. Please can you work on your transactions so it can be seamless and the support team too should improve on their own end. Sometimes the transaction is urgent and it's frustrating how you're forced to wait for a period of time you don't know how long it will take. Okay, thank you Purse Money, my pending transaction was resolved within an hour after reaching out to the support team

I transferred $10.00 to my purse wallet on May 5th 2024 and it's still pending 3weeks later. At this point I will just close the account. This just speaks a lot of volume I did email the customer service to and responded they will resolve the issue. Since then no communication to even try and refund the transfer just dead silent hoping I will forget and move on. Well if this is the kind of customer service I don't want to do business that way.
