The Monitor application is a solution aimed at condominiums that seek to improve security, communication and internal processes.
The tool is integrated with the condominium's access control system.
You can have quick and secure access:
- Release pedestrian and vehicle access gates
- View cameras in real time
You can receive several alerts and messages:
- A new visitor has been registered to access your unit.
- Your remote control battery is low.
- Messages from the landlord, janitor.
- Chat with the Monitor Concierge.
It is also possible to carry out consultations and registrations.
- Inclusion and exclusion of residents
- Consultation of entry and exit. Ex: Know what time your child arrived from school.
- Reports of visitors and visits
- Reports of internal occurrences
- Opening of occurrences (Suggestion, Complaint, etc.)
