Played this to death growing up so it was my favourite arcade game. I like this app version but the directional buttons and automatic fire are intrusive in a they're too big way. Would prefer a one touch automatic fire and smaller directional buttons , even remove altogether. Still a great game though but does it have the docking bit the original had ? and the meteors that came from both top sides diagonally when you reached a certain level ?

The controls are rubbish. It would've been better just to have touch control's instead, plus the game is far too fast, and you're killed too easily. It makes a really boring game. It's a shame as it is a pretty accurate version of the arcade game.

If you, like me, spent most of your free time, not to mention nearly all of your paper round money, in the local arcade during the early 80's then my advice would be to not bother installing this poor imitation of the classic game that we know and love because I can assure you that doing so will only lead to disappointment.
