was a great service. I used it all the time last year, and now I have money on my account but can't use it cause they haven't brought them back. be careful if you add money to your account cause they might just stop servicing where you live

My rating is more about the business than the app. My first time using this service is my only time. There is NO support available other than an email address, and they don't respond to support requests. I've given them money but I can't seem to get the app to work, let alone rent a scooter. Clearly, this is a cash grab. The company is a thief. Buyer beware!
