the app is slow and you take a picture and it gets stuck on loading and continues charging you while you aren't even riding the scooter and actively trying to take a picture, your ride could be 5 mins but because it keeps charging you while it loads you get charged for 10 mins. very frustrating and losing lots of money due to this.

absolutely no customer service. and there machines dont connect for minutes but charge you for the time so basically they steal from you and then when you try and contact them they dont answer.

you need to put it back to park zone which the area I've been stay are not included in park zone.
