horrible app. never loads and kicks you out mid way through booking. their website is not much better. I prefer just to swipe my card at the lot bit hate that I don't get the points! our accounts should be linked to the credit cards we use so we get loyalty points no matter if we book ahead or just pull in! I feel like that is a huge missed opportunity to create more customer loyalty....

Impossible to create an account. No matter what email I enter, it claims it's already registered, but the "forgot password" messages never arrive. Even if I make up a fake email, it says it's already registered. If the company is this difficult to give my money to, I can only imagine the nightmare that awaits if I were to actually leave my car with them.

The app constantly restarts when I click "Book Now" then asks if I want email notifications each time I sign in, with no option to "not ask again". When setting up my attempted reservation I gave my credit card information and it asked if the billing address was the one on file. At no point during the set up did the app ask for my billing/mailing address, so of course it's not on file. You're app is horrible and you've lost my business. I'd rather walk to the station.
