The app constantly restarts when I click "Book Now" then asks if I want email notifications each time I sign in, with no option to "not ask again". When setting up my attempted reservation I gave my credit card information and it asked if the billing address was the one on file. At no point during the set up did the app ask for my billing/mailing address, so of course it's not on file. You're app is horrible and you've lost my business. I'd rather walk to the station.

This is the absolute worst app I've used for parking. I reserved the day before but when I arrived there was no reservation. Making a reservation the same day limited arrival times by the half-hour and adding my credit card failed a 8 times before I could add it. The I could reserve and drop-off time, but would not move to the pickup date. Absolute PoS. The mobile website is just as bad, maybe worse. Ef this company and their app. After wasting 30 minutes, I parked in reg airport long term.

App is so glitchy and unreliable, you're better off calling for a reservation. You can't edit a reservation seconds after you've made it, so you end up canceling and making a new reservation, causing your card to be double charged. Also, if you need to edit your reservation, don't count on using any discounts from your previous reservation, they're gone now. I love Wally Park but this app needs serious work.

Hi Heather. I'm sorry to hear your troubles with our app. We just released an update today that addressed some bugs. You should be able to edit your reservation via the hamburger menu - manage reservations. Discount codes should be able to be reused in the instance you are describing. Please reach out with any other problems we can help with.
