About this app

Events.mt Manager is for the people running an event on Events.com.mt: organisers, their teams and the staff at the door.

SCAN TICKETS
Point the camera at a ticket's QR code, or use a connected scanner, and the guest is admitted in an instant. The app answers from its own copy of the guest list, so the door keeps moving even where the signal is poor, and tells the server about every scan as soon as it can. A ticket used at another door is refused, and you see where and when it was first used.

FIND GUESTS
Search by name, company, email or ticket number. Check someone in by hand when their phone is dead. See who has arrived and who is still to come, per kind of ticket and per door.

RUN SEVERAL DOORS
Every phone signed in becomes a door of its own, or sign a device in with a station signature so it only scans. Counts add up across all of them.

FOR ORGANISERS ON EVENTS.COM.MT
You need an organiser account on events.com.mt, or a station signature made by your organiser. Attendees do not need this app: their tickets arrive by email and open in the Events.mt app.

Events.mt Manager lets organisers run the door: sign in, see your events, scan tickets with the camera or a connected scanner, find guests and check them in by hand, and watch who is in per kind of ticket. Scans work offline and are sent when there is a connection.
