Good experience so far. I like the new statements format. They are more meaningful than those generated in the previous app. However, regarding statements, it would be helpful if you also enable reference text for incoming transactions (as opposed to only the outgoing payments). Also drop in the tax amount while you're at it. Thanks.

this is the worst application I have used in life. I don't recommend it to anyone. it blocked my account without a reason. and it doesn't respond even after two hours and it's now a day without anything and yet even the customer service doesn't pick calls. worst application. I think Airtel will do better no more putting my money on mtn it's unreliable

.. this new MTN MOMO APP update very VERY obliterately annihilative 😡🤬 the older version was best and i don't know why and HOW you guys Temper with a system when its in its Best of condition.. *1) your momo approval system takes forever to appear, and by the time it shows up for confirmation, then bam the timer ⏳ is up. *2)No matter ho strong the phone 📱 network is,.. all apps runs smoothly but the MTN MOMO APP alone is the only annoyance in the phone APPS,.. very slow and frustrating. *3)IF
