The CSU Mobile App is an interface which is part of the software ecosystem of the Citizen Support Unit, Mauritius and it allows citizens to transmit their requests to ministries, departments, parastatals and Local Authorities through this mobile service wherever they are by clicking on their mobile phones provided they have internet connections. They will also be able to keep track of their requests through a ticketing system.
This tool is an innovative solution which will improve the services in the public and parastatal bodies and it will also empower public officers to do their jobs more effectively and efficiently.
The mobile app will be more popular among younger generation and working classes. The aim is also to increase the rate of success in restoring these complaints.
