This app must be a first year software engineering student's failed project. It has to reset every time you close the app? It doesn't even let you log into it. Like you can't even upload your picture or ID for verification, because guess what, it resets the app and you lose all the progress. After about 10 or more frustrating attempts to log in, i have decided to uninstall it. Can't even believe this is a government application.

can't even login. otp comes way after it expires, the one time it comes on time, if i minimize the app to open email, boom the app resets.

App says to send ID Card and other info. Would be helpful if it mentioned how it needs to be sent. Email? Submit printout at your office? Through the app? Would have been so convenient if it could have been done through the app itself.
