Signing up was a pain. Register link inside the app would not work, so I needed to go to a separate browser. The packages and what they offered were difficult to navigate and confusing once I actually found them; if you're not offering all your packages through the app, then say so on your site (not once I get to registration), OR show me what channels I'm paying for when I register. Some links on the site were not clickable. Why do I need a separate subscription or connection to use the TV app?

Customer service is not available when needed. Disconnects and Connects randomly during world cup matches. Having a really bad experience with the App. Not recommended. Using the app because there is no other choice.
