There have been many problems with this app since I have started using it recently. There are many technical and connection issues. I have even uninstalled the app and installed it again on the same device, yet it said that I am using the same account on maximum devices. Now, it says that I am offline while my connection is excellent and I can use my WiFi for other apps. Please consider fixing these problems. Thank you.

Overall mediocre app in design, but streaming speeds are insanely slow even in extremely fast WiFi speeds hindering it unusable 99 percent of times. TVM streaming is unusable in Friday kutba time. Even after I paid the monthly fee, bad streaming speeds. Needs extreme improvements in streaming quality. Definitely willing to pay an acceptional monthly fee for a better working app.

Have seen many non functional apps. But PSM excels in this. Right from not registrating, not allowing log in, not showing any channels to not providing ANY support. All the while error msgs shamelessly state the customer is at fault.
