Submit your ETA, get it approved by the operations center, and execute the full service workflow from the field. Capture photo and document evidence, register equipment details, and submit service reports — all without returning to the office.

DRIVERS
Stay connected to your assigned deliveries and equipment pickups. Receive instant order notifications, submit your ETA, and manage your full collection and delivery workflow with real-time coordination from the operations center.

WAREHOUSE STAFF
Manage warehouse orders, equipment intake, inventory reclassification, transfer requests between locations, technical support cases, and warranty handling — all from a single mobile interface.

What’s new

The bug that caused an infinite spinner to be displayed for users whose role was not authorized to access the game has been fixed; now a notification with the clear message is shown.
