Anngel Provider is the official app for emergency service providers that are part of the Anngel network.

WHAT DOES THE APP DO?

This app allows ambulance, home visit doctor, and tow truck providers to confirm and track services assigned by the Anngel coordination center in real time.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. The provider receives a service link via WhatsApp when an emergency is assigned.

2. Upon opening the link, the app displays complete service details: service type, origin and destination addresses, assigned crew information, and responsible operator.

3. The provider confirms acceptance of the service with a single tap.

4. The app begins transmitting the provider's real-time location so that the coordination center and the client can track the route.

5. The provider confirms each stage of the service with simple buttons: arrival at origin, contact with client, start of transport, and arrival at destination.
