The only problem is that you need to turn off the wifi before using it. Otherwise it will not connect to their system to download your data. Once the wifi on the phone is turned off then the application works without a problem. I also have not been able to use my Bancomer points to pay. Update: they fixed the problem with the wifi. It works much better. Thanks.

From the beginning, the App did not work. I couldn't press buttons or enter numbers as it requests. Everyone is saying this App does not work, and all the developers say is to contact them in Spanish. But, they should try using the app themselves and FIX IT! If your average rating is less than 2 AND the most recent reviews are 1's then it means it doesn't work. No wasted conversation with a customer service representative is going to fix "stupid."

The app won't let me pay my bills. It has an error accepting credit and debit card payments if you have more than one line registered. It's really inconvenient especially with the pandemic. I called the cfe operator and she told me I had to go in person to my bank to make the payments (most banks delay you up to 2h for a simple service like that ). It's 2020, you can afford to hire better programmers to do something as simple as accept online payment cfe.
