The CFEcontigo APP is designed to: facilitate the payment of your services using bank credit and debit cards; request a recurring charge to pay for your service; pay with BBVA points; check your balance and download your latest receipt; locate the 10 closest Customer Service Centers; report power supply failures in your service; activate your electronic receipt (paperless); calculate your subsequent consumption in a simulated way and pay reminders.

To obtain the precise address of the nearest Customer Service Centers you must activate your location and to receive payment reminders you will have to activate the application's push messages.

Great App ... it would be nicer that CFE ONLINE would accept American credit cards like they do at their ATM's physical offices. I don't understand how, one may pay at the ATM Office with them but NOT ONLINE ???

Fast and clean interface. but the save as PDF is not working as before.

does what it says in the tin, very satisfied and even if the service sometimes succumbed to nature the app itself has been pretty useful
