The CFEcontigo APP is designed to: facilitate the payment of your services using bank credit and debit cards; request a recurring charge to pay for your service; pay with BBVA points; check your balance and download your latest receipt; locate the 10 closest Customer Service Centers; report power supply failures in your service; activate your electronic receipt (paperless); calculate your subsequent consumption in a simulated way and pay reminders.

To obtain the precise address of the nearest Customer Service Centers you must activate your location and to receive payment reminders you will have to activate the application's push messages.

The only problem is that you need to turn off the wifi before using it. Otherwise it will not connect to their system to download your data. Once the wifi on the phone is turned off then the application works without a problem. I also have not been able to use my Bancomer points to pay. Update: they fixed the problem with the wifi. It works much better. Thanks.

Useless app.Poor GUI. Password not accepted, app going in unending loop. Cannot check or pay bills. Website version even more useless. Cannot reset password , email id not accepted with periods (.) Or other characters which are usually accepted on other websites.

This app does does not work! It won't allow me to update. I can't open it on my other devices, because it says that my email is invalid. So, hard ro pay the bill
