The only problem is that you need to turn off the wifi before using it. Otherwise it will not connect to their system to download your data. Once the wifi on the phone is turned off then the application works without a problem. I also have not been able to use my Bancomer points to pay. Update: they fixed the problem with the wifi. It works much better. Thanks.

Before, the app was slow, glitchy and had issues connecting to WiFi... But now, for some reason, it stopped working altogether: my data was lost and I tried to enter manually with my old account, with Facebook, with Google, make a new account and nothing - all I get is "there was a mistake in the process" or "the service number is already captured". I'm done with it.
