The app doesn't open, it just crashes in the process of opening. I called the customer service, they told me to keep trying. I give them a 0.00 as reliable and professional. If they dont fix my problem tomorrow, I will cancel the card.

Hola Ricky Ricon. Te comentamos que con Banco INVEX la tasa de interés es personalizada, de acuerdo con el historial y comportamiento de pago, esta tasa puede aumentar o bien disminuir. Esta tasa solo tiene efecto si no se cubre el “Pago para no generar interés”. En cuanto es al funcionamiento de la app, nos agradaría conocer tu experiencia.

It was working well before the last very recent (January 2022) update. Now it does not work, do walk away! I called customer service, they opened a ticket which is simply open forever with no solution.
