This application is a complement to the Lecosy web system, designed specifically for our clients. Facilitates monitoring of corporate governance management by creating notes, tasks and sessions. It also includes a calendar view where you can view dates and delivery times related to the tasks and agreements generated in the sessions. In addition, it incorporates a chat function that allows you to interact with any member of your governing bodies.
The app allows you to access your sessions from your cell phone, with real-time review functionality. It is important to note that someone must remain on the web system (usually the board secretary) to fully manage the sessions.
