It appears someone at Qualitas finally noticed the serious problems and decided to do something. It seems to be functioning normally again. Sure took long enough.

What good is the app for this insurance company? If not accessible to be used , and worse , time goes by and no effort to improve by the company.

Not sure how such a big insurance company can not afford good developers who can create a decent app. What a piece of garbage.
