The new COMAPA SUR application now allows you to check your balance in real time.
It includes multi-account functionality, so you can add several services and manage them under a single account.
You can also recover your PIN easily, and protect it with multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Additionally, you can configure your account to receive payment notifications via SMS message or email, and know the exact location of our service modules on Google Maps. You can also report a leak to us or request information about any of our procedures.
We also inform you that we already have a new Telephone Service Center at 073, where you can consult and pay your balance at the cutoff by accessing your registered telephone number and your PIN, among many other new features.
