The NILO mobile app, designed for owners and tenants, allows you to easily manage all aspects related to your property. Users can generate visitor access with QR codes, reserve common areas, report incidents with photos and descriptions, and receive important announcements from management. In addition, the app sends payment reminders and allows you to check the status of your monthly payments to stay up to date.
