About this app

Olon POS Admin is the owner's app. It runs on your phone and alerts you to what's happening in your café when you're not there; the point of sale remains the Olon POS system at the register.

🔔 NOTIFIES YOU, DOESN'T INTERRUPT YOU
• Authorizations: Approve or reject a discount or cancellation from your phone, using your PIN.

• Cash register closing with discrepancies: You'll know about any shortages immediately, not the next day.

• Critical stock: Alerts you when an ingredient falls below its minimum level.

• Daily summary at closing: Sales, total tickets, and average ticket price. Only four alerts are enabled by default. Shifts, cancellations, and withdrawals can be activated based on a threshold, whenever you choose.

• Daily summary compared to the same day last week at the same time, hourly sales, and top-selling products.

• Cash register closings with a complete breakdown for the shift.

• Shifts, cancellations of already paid sales, and cash register transactions.
• Critical stock levels in the units you use (liters, kilos, pieces).

• Live view: all your branches side-by-side.

• Sales: trends, average ticket, products, and payment methods on the dates you choose.

• Profitability and expenses, and how much you can trust your costs.

• Which product to promote, raise the price of, or remove from the menu.

• Your peak hours and the product categories that generate the most revenue.

• Waste and ingredients that have increased in price.

✋ WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Deplete or replenish a product ("we're out of bread") in one branch or all branches.

• Record an expense with a photo of the receipt instantly.

• View the history of everything the app notified you about.

Olon POS Admin requires an Olon POS account with administrator or supervisor privileges. The data is the same as what you see on your dashboard: the app doesn't calculate money, it displays it.

• Operación con periodo y filtros: hoy, ayer, últimos 7 días o un rango de hasta 92 días.
