About this app

SIGDAT Mobile is the companion mobile application to the SIGDAT platform, designed for authorized institutional, business, or professional users who need to access operational information from mobile devices within a secure environment.

Depending on the client's configuration and user permissions, the app allows users to view assigned or shared services, review operational logs and metadata, play available audio files, view transcripts or summaries (when enabled), receive internal alerts, and access their user profile.

SIGDAT Mobile is not a public registry application. Downloading it from Google Play does not, in itself, grant functional access. For proper operation, it requires an active SIGDAT installation, an authorized user, valid credentials, effective permissions, an authorized mobile device, a current mobile license, a VPN or secure network connection (when applicable), and validation against the SIGDAT backend managed by the client.

Production data, users, audio files, transcripts, evidence, permissions, VPN profiles, and retention policies are managed by the client, institution, or organization operating the SIGDAT installation. The public site and the review or demonstration environment do not contain actual production customer data.
