The Electcoms mobile app enables technicians to manage and complete service jobs efficiently from their mobile devices. It provides tools for accessing job assignments, updating job progress in the field, and communicating important job information in real time.

1. Secure Account Access
• User authentication including login, sign up, password reset, and account verification.
• Profile management with the ability to update account information and change passwords.
2. Job Workflow Management
• View and manage jobs by status, including available, upcoming, ongoing, completed, and all jobs.
• Access detailed job information and move jobs through different work stages such as starting, saving progress, and completing tasks.
3. Field Job Updates
• Add remarks and update job details directly from the field.
• Capture and attach photos related to service jobs.
• Collect customer signatures to confirm job completion.
4. Notifications
• Receive push notifications powered by Firebase and Notifee.
• View and manage notifications with unread indicators and an in-app notification list.

• Access cached job and profile information without an internet connection.
