Registration is smooth but the approval process is as bad as it can get, applied twice however dropped out from system, record not found in system, call made by HLB for verification yet status remains the same and no updates whatsoever.

Terrible app ..worst face recognition software ever..!! I must have tried about 10 times but I kept getting the same error, that it can't recognise me when comparing to my IC picture. As you can see from other comments, others are facing similar problems as well..What a waste, good idea by HLB but lousy app and as a result, a lot of business loss...Fix this problem unless you want to intentionally lose more business!..

If only I can give it negative.... The app wanted to be a hassle free app but when the verification process is as cumbersome as it is which already took me an hour or so and still unable to verify my ic because of the timeouts, the perpetual blurry photos (I'm using a very good phone came as well) and the failure to read clear photos by the app, in reality, it'll be easier to go to a physical branch to get my IC verified than using this ridiculously useless app.
