Credit where it is due: easy top-up and payment process. That's about it. It's frustrating when it keeps asking to validate IC number when it's already there. And now at the time of writing, it won't even connect to the internet even though it was fine before. I've checked my internet connection and tried opening other apps and they work fine but this app in particular feels like it's trying to sabotage me into getting a parking ticket by not connecting to the internet.

Very unstable. Keep repeating the same prompt "No connection" when my internet and data connection works on all other apps. Then keep telling to update my personal info such as IC no when the app cannot connect to internet. For an app and service provider, this is unacceptable. There is no accountability and there is no effort to quickly make sure that the app is repaired and be functional. There are many people who are depending on this app to make parking payments, so we don't get summon.

I topped up my account, but the money has disappeared. The app keeps showing "Not Connecting," and I've tried calling your customer service several times, but no one answers. I'm very disappointed because I've been using your service for a long time, and this problem only started last week. Kindly investigate this issue and assist me as soon as possible. Thank you.
